摘要

In the past ten years significant development could be observed in mobile telecommunication. The merging telecom, multimedia and information technologies require more sophisticated common transport systems. Third and fourth-generation WCDMA mobile networks could be the first solution, eliminating the bottlenecks of current systems and offer real QoS based services for access and backbone networks. In this study a novel Call Admission Control (CAC) method for WCDMA air interface is going to be introduced making able fast and efficient decision about incoming calls.
