For the Subject of Estimation of Semantic Information

摘要

The Work represents an attempt of the new approach to the problem of an estimation of the semantic information. The essence of the approach is the consists in the following: Since the semantic information is the phenomenon that determines the adequate nature of reaction of cybernetic system to the change in the environment or inner condition of the system, its research has to be carried out in a complex with functioning of the cybernetic system. An example of such approach is considered.
