Application Research of Recognizing and Counting Bacteria Based on Computer Vision Technology

摘要

This paper introduces computer-based vision technology to realize recognition and counting of microbe - bacteria. It accomplishes recognition and counting of bacteria by analyzing all kinds of factors which influences bacteria's recognition on many different aspects, especially overlapping bacteria, and adopting different image processing means such as binarization and morphology with LabVIEW 6.1 and image process toolset -^sIMAQ vision.
