Purity of super fine quartz powders with high purity is one of the most pivotal characteristics. The concrete technique path and method to test and control purity on production line is introduced. According to the demand for purification technique of eliminating every kind of impurity in quartz powders, the mathematical model of the relationship between purity and time is set up. By comparing on-line checked technical parameters with controlling parameters, the procedure parameters of purification production can be adjusted and controlled in time. This method can meet the demands of product quota and stability of continuous production, and it has achieved industrial application on production line of high purity and ultra-fine fused quartz powders. Implement results show it can effectively eliminate apiece metal impurities dissolved in acid. The principal performance index of product are: SiO_2 ≥ 99.9%, Na~+ ≤ 1 PPM (reach in fact: 0.2), Cl~- ≤ 1PPM(reachin fact: 0.3), Fe~(3+) ≤ 1PPM(reach in fact 0.58), electric conductive rate ≤ 3 us / cm (reach in fact: 0.9 μs /cm). Through national experts checking, index of main product have reached and stayed in the leading position in China and keep an advanced level in the world.
