Digging deeper - managing value and reporting in the mining industry

This document analyses the current disclosure environment in the mining industry and in particular identifies and addresses the current gaps between what is reported by companies and the information required by the investment community. It also highlights some of the benefits to companies of improved disclosure, notably a more accurate valuation of the share price, access to and a lower cost of capital and improved credibility of management.
