In this paper, Data collector's function, structure, form of hardware and software were introduced whose core was using DSP. Much parameter measurement with single or double channels such as vibration acceleration, velocity, displacement, rotate speed, voltage were achieved. Many signal analysis function such as time display, value spectrum, power spectrum, transfer function, coherent function were done to collected signal.
