A New HNN Algorithm Using Adaptively Dynamic Parameters

This paper puts forward an algorithm using adaptively dynamic parameters based on HNN for solving the TSP. It avoids the problem of searching for the parameters in the common algorithm. What's more, it approves some optimization performance of the network. In the algorithm, what we need to do is just setting the initial value of each parameter with a certain number, and then in the process of the network running, each parameter will automatically increase its value according to the value of its corresponding energy to improve the performance of the network..
