Parallel electrode Mega-resistance Meter used in experiment of appraising material electrostatic property

The standard used to appraise electrostatic property of material is normally led with resistance and resistance rate. Parallel electrode mega-resistance meter is frequently used to test resistance and resistance rate of material. Its use is convenient and reliable. But now there isn't perfect standard corresponding to it. In this paper, the writer uses parallel electrode mega-resistance meter to test various material, get and analyse the experiment results, at last put forward the gist of appraising electrostatic property of material.
