摘要

The sugar cane is a kind of main economic crops in south China , so It's very important .and realistic meaning to exploit sugar cane harvester suiting to the topography and physiognomy of south China .Joining together virtual design and simulation means, this paper did conceptual design of key parts of sugar cane harvester; passing the conceive―design method ( Beitz), composed function principium and design process model ;did function analyzing of principium solution; make use of simulation means to evaluate some principium results producing in conceptual design; did dissipating innovated design on one or several principium results chosen to built virtual conceptual prototype satisfying function requirement; make use of simulation means to analyze conceptual prototype, to draw the best solution. After discussing conceptual design of key parts of sugar cane harvester and dissipating innovated design, paper set forth a kind of effective method and design thoughts of conceptual design of complicated machine system.
