摘要

It was expounded that according to a circle variance equation of Cartesian coordinates and derivation of least squares method we established the principle for using it to determine the central axis deviation of a cylindrical lens, and based on the principle we designed the measurement method. In this paper we gave the flowchart and measurement example, and also analyzed its computing accuracy.
