摘要

The paper presents low cycle-fatigue assessment of steel moment resistant frames under seismic or other dynamic loading. The method is incorporated into the computer program for non-linear dynamic analysis of structures and enables damage control in every instant of time during the numerically simulated dynamic excitation. It is based on the loading history and the fatigue curves, obtained from tests.
