Designing the Thin-Film Resistors of Hybrid Integral Schemes Optimum on Warm-up Mode

On the base an electrotermical analogy received analytical correlations for the determination of resulting temperature in any spot of thin-film resistor depending on desksides of resistor, diffusing power level and parameters of substrate. Found condition of choice to optimum desksides of resistor, ensuring the most even sharing a temperature on its surfaces.
