The results of the research on ultrasonic vibration intensity distribution in biological tissue under treatment with the inner cavities insonator made of the piezoceramic plate built in sidewall of the cylindrical probe. It is shown that ultrasonic (US) vibrations are mainly concentrated near the plate. The US vibrations intensity on the opposite side of the probe is about (5-10%) of the value near the plate. Penetration of the vibrations into biological tissue is about 15 mm. In this case the intensity is 2 % of the intensity on the insonator-biological tissue interface.
