In work the processes occurbing in liquid mediums at influence on them by ultrasonic fluctuations of high intensity are considered. On the basis of the theoretical analysis phenomena of cavitation the criteria determining a condition of mediums in a mode advanced cavitation are revealed, the parameters of electronic generators providing an establishment and maintenance of this mode are established, it is offered and the special electronic device for an automatic establishment and maintenance of a mode advanced cavitation in various technological mediums is developed.
