The paper analysis the effect of the high viaduct and the train to TV signal from two side: shelter effect and reflection effect, based on the theory of electric wave propagation, and give the measure data as confirmation and complementarity. By comparison and analysis, we can know how and in what extent the TV signal be affected by all kinds of parameters. With the fast development of railway transportation, Our state want to build JingHu high speed railway. Because it is a high speed railway, the designed speed is about 350km/h, it would be given high viaducts as support in most place. With the existence of those high viaducts, the TV signal received near the railway could be degraded. At the railway side near the TV transmitter, if it is too near to the railway, the received TV signal would be degraded by the reflection of the high viaduct and the train, which could led the double image on the TV screen. At the other side of the railway, if it is not far away from the railway, the received TV signal could be very faint because of the shelter effect of the high viaduct and the train, which lead the misty TV imagine. All of them would degrade the quality of TV imagine in different extent.
