The equipment has a synchronism representation and video burst system for obtaining and representing a synchronous signal and video burst to sample a TV signal at a predetermined speed to twice the bandwidth of the sampling signal using Nyquist theorem. Each of the samples is obtained for each of the successive video lines comprising the TV signal. The samples are obtained over successive points of the video lines.
