Discussion on “Photometric Calibration - An Intriguing Statistical Problem for the LSST” by T. Axelrod

A basic question that Tim asks in his interesting paper is whether the requirements of LSST for photometric accuracy can be met. Tim makes clear the many complex issues that are associated with this question. We discuss some of the issues using his model for a bootstrap.
