Quantum conductors show very low shot noise [1,2]. This is due to the Fermi statistics which regulates the flow of electrons at a frequency eV/h. The electronic shot noise power detected in a measuring circuit can be viewed as the flux of microwave photons emitted by the noisy conductor. An interesting question is whether the flux of photons inherits low noise properties from that of electrons.
