Titanium silicalite (TS-1), a kind of novel molecular sieve which silicon in the framework is replaced by titanium exhibits unique catalytic properties in the epoxidaiton of propylene with hydrogen peroxide, but the catalyst deactivates slowly with time on stream.The deactivaton of strip TS-1/SiO_2 has not been reported up to date. The aim of this paper is to investigate the deactivation of strip TS-1/SiO_2 in propylene epoxidation using three continuous flow fixed bed micro-reactors in series, and the spent TS-1/SiO_2 was characterized by TG-DTG.
