摘要

NAMS is the underpinner of S&T innovation, economic and social developments and technical infrastructure for the environment protection and public health. It is a necessary condition for building the well-off society of China. The aim of establishing NAMS is to effectively utilize the resources of analytical measurement to improve national capabilities of analytical measurement continually and to realize the international comparability of measurement results. Under the circumstance of economic globalization, China, wishing to develop together with all countries around the world, needs to construct effective NAMS so as to contribute to the establishment of the globe measurement system. On the basis of studying and consulting the experiences of developed countries and deep thinking of the situation in China, this article proposed an idea of establishing a modern multi-level and multi-area virtual NAMS, which includes several resource databases of analytical measurement and a platform on website for technical services and technology dissemination by using of information techniques. At the same time, the article also introduced the progress of the project called "The Establishment and Improvement of National Analytical Measurement System of China", supported by the central government and implemented by the collaboration of more than 20 laboratories.
