摘要

The processes of SHS synthesis ceramic materials with the using of titanium oxide and silicon were investigated. The ceramic materials with the high operating characteristics were obtained. The development of new structural carbonaceous ceramic SHS materials on the base of silicone carbide and titanium which are suitable for production of high-temperature products using in units and aggregates of modern mechanical engineering are very actual today.
