This paper presents an analysis of the wind environment around the construction of buildings, and a mesh generation technique for the analysis of the wind environment. An analysis of the wind environment is performed with the computational fluid dynamics. The unstructured mesh generation is used because it is difficult to make the structural mesh of the buildings. The analysis of the wind environment at the Kourakuen campus of Chuo University is performed. The Delaunay triangulation, which has a simple geometric characteristic, and three-dimensional radiation datum line method are used for the unstructured mesh generation.
