Green supply chain management (GSCM) has emerged as an organizational philosophy that helps organizations to achieve competitive advantages. However, introducing green practices can bring various potential challenges to firms and supply chains. It is important to develop a systematic and effective decision support tool to help industrial practitioners to evaluate various green practices and assess improvement areas when implementing those practices. This paper proposes an integrated decision support model based on a hierarchical fuzzy TOPSIS method and fuzzy extent analysis to make more rational selection decisions. An illustrative case study is provided to help researchers and practitioners to understand the importance of evaluating various GSCM practices from a practical point of view. The analysis results demonstrate its effectiveness in supporting firms to make such a decision.
