Development of Soil and Water Conservation in the Loess Plateau and its Strategy in New Century

摘要

With the development of soil and water conservation in the Loess Plateau, the Yellow River basin, great achievements have been gained in different stages. In new century, we should continue to change conception, set up new development strategy and strengthen ditch control and dam construction systems. By virtue of ecologic self-rehabilitation and new management mechanism, we could accelerate eco-environment construction in the Loess Plateau.
