The session is organized as a panel discussion of questions plus interactive discussion involving the panel and the session attendees. The planned agenda for the session includes an introductory statement by each panel member (a short biographical paragraph about each panel member follows the question list). Next, a discussion of selected "bullet points" will involve the panel and attendees (the points, listed below, are numbered for reference to the presented power-point slides and in no particular order of importance). A short break will be followed by a period of interactive questions and answers involving the panel and the attendees.
