摘要

In order to develop a kind f the target based on CdSe which with high sensitivity to visible light for vacuum microelectronics flat panel camera (FPC), a novel heat treating technology consisted of both the vacuum heat pre-treating (VHPT) and the non-vacuum after-treating (NHAT) have been developed. A dramatic result appeared that the sensitivity from novel multilayer structure of CdSe photoconductive target has been increased by two orders of magnitude meanwhile its resolution has been kept in a constant, value.
