摘要

This paper proposes a non-destructive inspection method based on a frequency anaysis using an ultrasonic sensor in succession to our previous method developed in time domain. Our new method analysis an autocorrelation function of the frequency spectrum and enable not only the detection of the cracks but also an accurate measurement of their positions comparatively easily compared to the previous one.
