ANTI-TUMOR AND IMMUNOMOBILIZING ACTIVITY OF PHPMA-BOUND DRUGS: PRECLINICAL AND CLINICAL EVALUATION

摘要

PHPMA-bound doxorubicin containing huIgG was used in three patients with generalized carcinoma. We have seen a) a significant improvement in biochemical parameters, b) activation of NK and LAK cells, c) increased number of CD4~+ T helper cells and d) long-term detectability of drug in the blood of the patients. The data support the idea of both cytotoxic and immunomobilizing activity of the tested conjugates.
