摘要

Amphiphilic biodegradable poly(asparagine) grafted with poly(caprolactone) was successfully synthesized via controlled grafting of poly-(caprolactone) to poly(asparagine) backbone. The graft copolymers showed different morphology according to the degree of substitution. A precipitation and dialysis method produced a bimodal size distribution due to the kinetically controlled particle generation.
