Tantalum and Niobium Technology Roadmap

摘要

Recent developments in tantalum technology have resulted in many new products, either having specific characteristics, such as super low ESR series, or new materials, such as niobium and niobium oxide powder alternatives. This paper presents an overview of the key features of emerging capacitor technologies in order to give designers a better understanding of potential applications and to guide their choice of component solutions for their individual requirements.
