The influence of acoustical losses upon the frequency response of fourth-order band-pass loudspeaker system is examined. It has been proved that losses in enclosures influences their effective volumes and the resonant frequency of the Helmholtz resonator. If the volumes are considered as the "effective", the losses in enclosures and in the vent influence weakly the frequency response. However, the leakage losses between both chambers of the system influence the frequency response very strong. The rules for the corrections avoiding the differences between frequency responses obtained for lossless and actual systems are developed.
