IMPACT OF INGELVAC~(R) M.HYO ON PERFORMANCE AND SEROLOGIC RESPONSE IN MEXICO

摘要

The pneumonic infectious process is one of the most important problems in swine production, because of its big impact on economic losses to the pork industry. One of the most important etiologic agents is Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. This agent interactswith other agents and resulting in the Porcine Respiratory Disease Complex (PRDC). Different studies have shown that infection with Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae is responsible for decline in daily weight gain and reduction in growth, and for this reason pigs were sacrificed at older ages. A negative con-elation exists between pulmonary lesions and productivity / weight gain in swine.
