ANTIGENICITY OF THREE LOTS OF BLUE EYE DISEASE-INIFAP VACCINE IN GROWING PIGS AND SOWS IN FIELD CONDITIONS*

In Mexico, several inactivated vaccines have been used for the prevention of blue eye disease (BED)[1,2,3,6]. The experimental BED-INIFAP-VACCINE has demonstrated been excellent in controlled [3] and in fields studies[4,5]. However, the caducity timeis unknown in the different produced lots of BED-INIFAP-VACCINE. For this reason, the objective of this study was to evaluate the antigenicity of 3 lots, which had been produced at different months (m) before their application.
