The sign of high-end ultra-high pressure water jet cutting machine development level

In order to develop the ultra-high pressure water jet cutting machine industry in China, government formulated national standard "Ultra-high pressure water jet cutting machine" (GB/T 23136-2010), this standard provided technical manual for the machine with pressure lower than 400MPa. However, the water jet cutting processing has not restricted in traditional stone, glass, steel cutting, but has changed to composite material processing. As for large scale curved surface and high temperature resistance composite material, the high-end ultra-high pressure water jet cutting machine has been in research stage. 1) 500MPa of working pressure, 61/min of flow, to get the corresponding cutting efficiency; 2) five axes synchronous system, to control cutting head agilely and accurately; 3) floating matrix and flexible clamp system for large curve surface parts; 4) Integration of processing, measuring, control and automatic deviation compensation technology; 5) Multiple function of water jet processing including turning, milling, drilling and polishing. Such high-end water jet cutting machine has made the water jet cutting processing into a new stage of special material, special-shaped cutting and processing.
