Sort of vegetables that grows wild or are cultivated in big lands on specific interest produce substance like secondary metabolites which could be useful in the future on anticorrosive industry. Theses substances could be used in liquid or powder later than processing and can generate products for preliminary treatment of surface o base cover. In case of surface treatment it is referenced to a group rich on condensed tannic substances and another reason to a substances with a diverse composition then they have some performance mechanisms. Half-Arid regions where growths xerophytes species, the amount of inhibitor substances present in secondary metabolites could represent up to 100% of their own, depending on level of hydric stress that suffers the species. It had been studying the next species Aloe barbadensis Miller, Opuntia ficus indica, Avicennia nitida, Calotropis procera, Leimarecerus griseus, Punica granatum, Citrus aurantium, Citrus reticulatus blanco, Passiflora ligularis, Tamarindus indica, Mangifera indica, Caesal pinia coriaria.
