摘要

In this article, raman technology was adopted to study the surface feature of the metal oxide anode. Results showed that IrO2/Ti Anode, SnO2/Ti Anode, IrO2-TaO2/Ti Anode and RuTiSnMn/Ti Anode has a similar raman spectrum when they are in activated state. Each type of metal oxide anodes has it own deactivation mechanism, for SnO2/Ti Anode, desquamation is the main reason leads to deactivation; for IrO2-TaO2/Ti Anode, the dissolution is main reason leads to deactivation; for IrO2/Ti and RuTiSnMn/Ti Anode, dissolution and passivation of the titanium substrates lead to deactivation.
