The time and space domain changing tidal potential field has been used for the research of the earth dynamics long time. By observing the earth response to tidal frequencies we can get information from the earth's deep internal structure and dynamics. A modern version of the interferometrically recording water tube tilt meter is under development. We try to make the tilt meter more stable for detection of especially the crustal deformations and compare them with long base line observations of FinnRef GPS network and together with recording of superconducting gravimeter of FGI.
