We analyzed epileptic γ-activity of MEG by SAM-VS analysis retrospectively and investigated if this γ-activity related to the epileptogenic lesion, γ-Activity of MEG were collected from 9 of 40 epilepsy patients who were examined by MEG past 3 years in our hospital. Six data were collected during ictus, and three were during interictal period. In 5 operated cases, initial on-set area of this γ-activity, which was analyzed by SAM-VS analysis, indicated the epileptogenic area confirmed by the EcoG study, γ-Activity of MEG was collected in a few cases, but closely related epileptic activity.
