Ga_2O_3:Mn TFEL devices could be fabricated without costly vacuum processes by a pulsed spray coating method using a sol-gel process. Ga_2O_3Mn phosphor thin films were deposited by spraying a sol-gel solution onto heated BaTiO_3 ceramic sheet substrates. High-luminance green emissions were obtained in spray-coated n TFEL devices.
