An advanced transaction management in Java smart card

It is necessary to manage the transactions in smart card because there are some operations that should be treated as one step or one operation logically. But, the physical size of smart card and its memory capacity hinder the multi or the nested transactions from being implemented. To activate the uses of smart card and to enrich its functionalities, the restriction to allow only the I-depth and the single transaction at a time ought to be mitigated. In this paper, we propose a mechanism to manage the multi and the 2-depth transactions based on the Java Smart Card, which is the type of our Next Generation Integrated Circuit(NGIC) Card.
