For the Thermophysical analysis of the Accelerator Driven Systems (ADS) an simplified model of ADS core was used. The neutron flux was calculated by means of diffusion theory for subcritical homogeneous reactor with an external neutron source. From this result the distribution of the heat sources was found and next the distribution of temperatures was calculated. Thermophysical analysis is one part of research focused on the Accelerator Driven Systems (ADS) on the Department of Nuclear Reactors [1]. The fuel of the proposed transmutor will be liquid. It is supposed that the fuel in molten fluorides form will flow through the subcritical core. So by the thermophysical analysis of this system it must be taken into account, that there are two essential differences between this proposed concept of reactor and between the classic reactor systems. The core of ADS is driven by an external neutron source and the fuel is floating in the liquid state through the primary circuit.
