PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermophysical property analyzer and a method for thermophysical property analysis hardly affected by the reflection light of a heating light in measuring the reflection light intensity of a detection light even when the thermophysical property of a sample is analyzed by irradiating the same surface of a measuring object with the heating light and the detection light.;SOLUTION: The detection light B2 is irradiated to focus on a measuring region 11a and the measuring region 11a is irradiated with the heating light B1, the reflected detection light B2a from this measuring region 11a is guided to another measuring position different from the measuring region 11a, to measure the intensity of the reflected detection light B2a guided to the measuring position. In the irradiation of the heating light B1, the heating light B1 is condensed in such a way that, compared to the case of the heating light B1 being focused on the measuring region 11a, the focus is turned away from the measuring region 11a so that the intensity of the reflected heating light B1a reaching the measuring position is smaller, and that the irradiation range s includes the irradiation range of the detection light B2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
