In our days, companies are subject to several constraints of flexibility, quality, cost, etc. Their human resources were always considered as a source of dysfunction and non-quality. In this context, it is important to analyze and study the behavior of the employees at work and to integrate their needs and requirements in some quality management methods and approaches. The first part of this paper presents a method to represent, model and simulate their behavior in work. It will be completed by analyzing and studying the existing relations between employees. The second part of the article details this study and completes it by a case study.
