Comparison of two types of pick-up coil for meander excitation

摘要

This paper presents the analysis of a new type of pick up coil for ECT probe. The coil has solenoid structure and together with excitation (meander) coil composes the sensor, which can be used for inspection of printed circuit board. The advantage of the new coil is lower Sensitiveness to non-uniformity of magnetic field accompanying the investigated signal.
