ICT Strategy Evaluation at the National Level

Cymru Ar-lein (Wales On-line) - the information age strategy for Wales - was launched by the Welsh Assert Government's e-minister in November 2001. Cymru Ar-lein is intended to ensure that Wales takes full advantage of the revolution, and given its strategic significance to the economy of Wales and its cross-cutting nature, it is essential that strategy is evaluated on a formal, systematic, objective and impartial basis.
