In interval programming, a kind of programming characterized by constraint functions with interval coefficients is an important subject. In this paper, three major methods of interval numbers order relation estimating is discussed and deduced to a unified frame. Then a new order relation criterion named μ~+-index approach is probed. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the new approach at the end of this article.
