摘要

In this paper, we adders the problem of computing delay intervals for stability of state-delayed systems under delay uncertainty. A new tool, i.e., singular phase value, is used to find the bounds on the delays to sufficiently stabilize the time delay system. We give method for computing the exact bounds such that the asymptotic stability of the system under consideration is preserved for delays inside these bounds. The method is suitable for computer implementation.
