Scalar Strong Interaction Hadron Theory-An Alternative to QCD

Reasons for not accepting QCD as the correct strong interaction theory given at Hadron '95 and Hadron '97 are expanded and made more precise. The scalar strong interaction hadron theory, recently presented in a book, provides an alternative to QCD. The motivation for and basic steps leading to this theory are outlined.
