Biosensor brings an easy way to analyze bio-materials which in the past are much more difficult to analyze. Over ten years, more than ten kinds of biosensors such as glucose, glutamate, lactose, urea have been used practicely by our group and proved to be perfect selectivity, fast analysis, high precision, operating simplicity and repeating uses of the enzyme. The characteristics of biosensor provide possibility for direct control of bio-reaction by computer. In this study, on the basis of successfully developing the series of biosensors and related analyzing apparatus, we developed the key facility of on-line fermentation analysis and control system i.e. a multi-parameter biosensor analytical system directly controlled by a computer. It will give valuable help to fertilize automatic control of production by biosensor.
