Through further analysis of frame structure and frame-shear wall structure in soil-pile interaction, it is stated quantitatively that redistribution is formed on superstructure in soil-pile interaction, loading is diverted from middle column to side column to form "deep beam" and the formula for distribution of pile-soil interaction on superstructure is suggested; Using deviation method, equations on bending moments of base are derived In static analysis, the calculation results whether in qualitative regularity or quantitative calculation, which are consistent with test results, it gives the theory base for design of superstructure pile-raft foundation and soil in loess area.
